The word that I want us all to focus on and meditate on and strategically fit into our day is tenacity. I think that some of us have lost some tenacity along the way. What is tenacity? Tenacity is when you just go for it.
You have a goal, and you latch onto it – you focus – you make it happen. There’s a saying that fortune favors the bold. I love that because if you show up with your God-given gifts and take action, that is when the magic can happen.
We can’t be sitting back until we get divine inspiration. I believe that God’s blessings require action on our part. We’re given divine inspiration but you guys it requires us to act. I believe we need to get prepared for what’s coming and I share more about that in this short blog.
God is looking for us to have tenacity right now.
God putting his team together and I see it on a daily basis. We need to be tenacious in spirit and tenacious in who we are. We can’t accept defeat. You can hear more about that in the short video at the top of this blog.
I’ve got the perfect example of how being tenacious can change the game. I recently took the real estate exam in Florida and man did I have to be tenacious. I was taking the test electronically when the system just broke. We’ve all been there, right? You are in the middle of something important and technology fails.
When that happened and I realized what it would take to retest I could have thought maybe I’m not supposed to do this. Instead, I said I know I am supposed to do this, so I doubled down and found a way to make it happen. I talk more about that in this short video.
So, when you look at the title of this blog – one of the answers is tenacity. It’s yours to choose. You’re not at anyone’s mercy.
