I’m going to show you how to make money without spending money. People want to create income without having to buy something first. There is a way to do that, and I have been doing it for years. I did it before I even had an audience. It’s called affiliate marketing.
Affiliate marketing is simply a business giving you a kickback for your help sharing and selling their product. Let’s call out the elephant in the room, I can show you how to do this gracefully and authentically. Sound good?
Affiliate marketing is where marketing budgets are going. Businesses prefer affiliate marketing because they don’t have to pay out unless something is sold. It is brilliant. As someone who has been doing this for over seven years, it is as simple as showing you what I use, how I use it and sharing a link so you can get it at a discount. Affiliate marketing accounts for one quarter of my overall income. Some of you know what I make and in seven years I was able to build a fourth of that through affiliate marketing.
What is rule number one in affiliate marketing? Do not recommend things you haven’t tried yourself. You don’t want to lose the trust of your audience. Imagine someone buying something based on your referral that doesn’t work. That is not good.
All we have is our authenticity and transparency. Don’t trade that for anything.
I share so much more in this video here, including some tips on how to make sure your affiliate marketing speaks to your people. You know I don’t do anything unless it is Win Win. Here is a great way to get you started on your wins! I suggest setting up an account on this affiliate network.
