Let’s just call out the elephant right away and say that the security of your job is actually more of a mirage than anything.
I don’t know that job security exists at all in this day and age. It’s all well and good until you get an email one day that says you don’t need to come in anymore. I mean, yikes, right? Putting all of your eggs in one single basket is not the safe path anymore. You can choose another path and dare I say, you should at least consider it.
When you work for yourself, you create sustainability for yourself.
Let’s make sure that dreams aren’t just dreams and that they actually have a plan of action in order to make it happen. Please understand that wanting to quit your job is not a lazy thing to do, it’s actually an empowering thing to do. This, in my opinion, is where the world is going.
You need to have a good foundation before you quit your job so let’s talk about that.
So are you still wanting to continue working for a corporation in a consulting fashion instead of being employed by them? You can do so many things. In the gig economy you can do anything. You can write blogs, enter data, basically do anything anyone wants because people will pay to have someone else do it. The world is literally your oyster.
Another thing you can do is find a great network marketing company. If you just rolled your eyes, I want you to know that network marketing is basically the most brilliant business model on the planet. You can see that because it’s being replicating itself into so many different industries including dentists, chiropractors, and real estate. Look at the data and see if it aligns with you. It’s silly to leave money on the table and not even look at opportunities, okay? I love you so much…
