I recently attended a biohacking summit and met some incredibly talented people. I also learned about some incredible products. What you need to know is that I met doctors expressing frustration. Imagine knowing about something that can help people and not feeling like you can get the word out. I heard so many people say that they know what people really need – but they can’t say it.
A lot of us understand that. A lot of us know what that’s like. We all know that there are certain things that you can’t say or you’ll be shadowbanned. We all know there are certain things that you can’t say or you’ll be seen as not working with compliance. There are certain things that you can’t say because there are big entities that really wish for you not to say them. In some cases, there are entire industries built on you not knowing these things.
Here is the good news. There are biohackers out there and they are excited to share what is working. Summit’s are one of the only places where they are able to “spill the beans” so to speak. I share more about that in this short video.
There are so many different types of biohacking. You might be wondering what biohacking really is. Biohacking is optimizing your body in creative new ways. I do fasting and it’s a form of biohacking. It’s a way to optimize your body. Some people might work with stem cells, sound frequencies or nitric oxide.
There are all sorts of interesting modalities out there that actually work for people. You just don’t know it because they’re not allowed to say it in public. So, that’s where biohacking summits comes into play.
